HealthCareersInteraction.Com is a Health Care information and career site on the World Wide Web and is exclusively dedicated to nurses, therapists, pharmacists, technicians and other Health Care professionals. The web site supports and serves the involvements of Health Careers World, Health Careers Canada, and The Marskell Group that supplies News and Career Information to Health Care Professionals in Canada and other countries. 2. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

2.1 INFORMATION GIVEN TO US BY YOURSELF "THE USER"

2.1.2 Registration with HealthCareersInteraction.com requires you to send us the following personal information: First Name, Last Name, E-Mail Address, Street Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Home Phone, Years of Experience, (Work) Authorization, Citizenship, Position, and Field. As well, you have the opportunity to upload a personal résumé. This information is used in a database that allows employers to search and match you up with criteria they have for job openings at their facility.
2.1.3 Purchases of advertising, job postings, or booth space, User's personal information and credit card information will not be shared with anyone.
2.1.4 Purchases of magazine subscriptions, or certain other online merchandise, personal information will be shared with partnered companies to ship you the products you have ordered. Credit card information will only be used by the Site, and will not be shared with partnered companies.
2.2 INFORMATION DERIVED FROM YOUR COMPUTER
2.2.1 We use a technology called "cookies" as part of our normal business procedure to track patterns of behaviour of visitors to the Website. A cookie is an element of data that the Website sends to your browser that is then stored on your system. You can set your browser to prevent this happening. 3.2 If at any time you decide you no longer want your information on our servers, and no longer want to receive information from HealthCareersInteraction.com or the affiliated Employer Users, you can do so online, or send your request to Health@Marskell.com.

Protection of your personal information during transmission over the Internet is extremely important to us, and we exercise great care in providing secure transmission for your personal information to our servers. Unfortunately, and out of our control, transmission of your information cannot be 100 percent guaranteed secure. HealthCareersInteraction.com will not be held liable should a party obtain your personal information illegally, therefore information you choose to send or transmit to us is done at your own risk.

6 FORCED DISCLOSURE
