The Hôpital Général de Hawkesbury and District General Hospital is a bilingual, innovative, public community hospital.
Our modern healthcare center, built in 1984, offers a wide range of services.
> Capacity of 69 beds, consisting of: > 41 beds for medicine / surgery / pediatric > 4 beds for special care > 6 beds for obstetrics > 18 beds for chronic care or reactivation > Two operating rooms > A four-bed day surgery unit > An emergency room with 4 treatment rooms and an observation room of 12 beds > Consultation rooms for our specialists
Some indicators of the annual volume of activity:
> 34,000 visits to the emergency room > 27,000 visits in external clinics > 2,500 admissions > 400 births > 10,000 surgical procedures (in-patients and day surgery)
